While talking about goal setting and where our inspiration comes from, we watched a video from ABC News. The clip from Good Morning America focused on the power of 3 small words and how they can provide inspiration and help us to make a difference.

Welcome!
Welcome to Room 11 and the fabulous fifth grade! Thanks for checking out our class blog! Our first day has come and gone, and we all did a wonderful job! Mr. Gees and I have been enjoying getting to know the students. I think the students are starting to get used to having two teachers. We'll be spending the first few weeks establishing new routines and reviewing from last year.
