Math Placement Parent Meeting

Hello Parents!

Please read the attached letter about an up coming meeting on March 15th at 6pm to discuss the math placement process for 5th graders. If you are unable to attend next Thursday, please know that we will be sending out an email sometime after the 15th that will offer you highlights from the meeting.

Share a Story- Reading Aloud

Recently, while participating in a reading study group, Notebook Connections, by Aimee Buckner, my group came across the blog listed below. The author discusses the importance of reading aloud and raising the level of conversation to improve reading skills. I found it to be pretty powerful and thought I'd share it with you.
