5th Grade Memory Book

Each year fifth graders receive a memory book containing photographs and memories from their time spent at Happy Hollow School.  Fifth graders complete a survey that will be included in the memory book.  As you complete your survey, be sure to use complete sentences and include vivid details and descriptions. Please check in with a teacher before submitting your survey.

Discovery Museum: Traveling Science Workshop
